About the Founder
Kathlene is a passionate and dedicated professional committed to improving the lives of underserved individuals. With 10+ years of experience across social services, mental health, and law enforcement, she brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to supporting individuals and families in need.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University, where she developed a strong foundation in community impact and the justice system. She later obtained her Master of Health Administration with a focus in Public Health from West Coast University, further strengthening her expertise in population health and leadership.
Currently, she is pursuing a Doctorate in Education in Human Services Administration at Nova Southeastern University, where her work focuses on developing innovative, sustainable solutions to improve access to care and outcomes for underserved populations.
